Mill City Mavericks

The Mill City Mavericks (2023) is a four-piece country band based in Corner Brook, NL. Their roster includes seasoned musicians who’ve known each other for years, performed in multiple musical projects and genres, and contributed to the musical stylings of too many NL bands to name!
 
The Mill City Mavericks are Tom Boland, lead vocals and rhythm guitar; the extremely versatile Darren Vincent, lead guitar and backing and lead vocals; well-known musician, music store proprietor and local musicians’ supporter, Sheldon Power, bass guitar and backing vocals; and local drumming legend Wilf Pardy, keeping precision time.

The MCMs’ interpretations of outlaw country songs by the likes of Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and  Willie Nelson are guaranteed to get your toes tapping and your hands clapping. Their mix of country covers will have you feeling good, singing along with songs from the good ole days, and smiling all the way home.
